Rental Rules

1. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is not allowed in the condo nor on the lanai.
2. As a privately owned unit, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by the guest.
3. Guests will keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests are responsible for repair and/or replacement of any damaged or missing items.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Guests will park in the designated parking area. Only one car allowed. Parking in an unauthorized space may result in towing of vehicle at renter expense.
6. There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for use during guests’ stay. Some basic cleaning supplies are provided for guest’s use.
7. Cancellations - A NINTY (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
All security information (detailed directions, code to keypad, parking info) will be emailed one week prior to arrival.

This was the 2nd place we stayed during our trip, and had we known how much we’d enjoy the property we would’ve spent our entire trip there! Can’t wait to return!

    The condo was clean, cool, and bright upon arrival. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable to the extent that we are looking for the chair and ottoman for our house. At first, we thought storage space was limited, but we discovered drawers under the bed which alleviated our concern. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Marcie was very prompt and helpful in returning our queries. All necessary utensils, plateware and glassware were in place. We especially enjoyed being able to walk out on a grass strip and then right onto the beach. All in all, it was a delightful stay and we are coming back next year and many years to come (we hope!)

    Gorgeous view…of course! Literally steps from the beach as listed…of course! Perfectly appointed with all the necessary and complimentary items you’d need at the oceanside…of course! Yes, yes, yes, the Pikake condo was truly a unique time capsule of the casual elegance that Maui has to offer. But what made visit even more delightful, more memorable, and just downright more pleasurable was the remarkable graciousness of the owners, Marcie and Andy. Their spirit of hospitality, their honest desire of wanting you, their guest, to have the best time you can have, made our stay, and our memories of Maui, all that sweeter. We want to thank them in print for just how wonderful their attention to detail was. Thank You!! We will be back soon and often.

    This was simply a wonderful condominium with a superb location. Just about 20 feet away from the beach, we were sung to sleep with the surf, and enjoyed watching multiple turtles in the surf. We actually say more turtles here, than anywhere else on Maui. We loved the unit, it was clean, modern, with excellent update kitchen, bathroom etc. As nice as the unit was, I feel the measure of a product is best made when problems arise. There was a plumbing problem in the shower. I contacted Marcie via text, and she had a plumber over in a very short time. We went to breakfast, and when we returned, everything is resolved. Kathy and I plan on returning to Maui in the not to distant future, and we definitely plan on staying there again. A personal note to Marcie, thank you for everything. You are wonderful.

    Fantastic place to stay on the west side of Maui! Lots of turtles seen at the private beach right outside the condo. Wonderful views and very comfortable. There is a full kitchen. Nice and quiet. Definitely want to come back to this location.

Bass Lake Cabin

We had an incredible, relaxing & luxurious stay at this cozy, Bass Lake Cabin. We spent one entire day hiking & exploring nearby trails and another in Yosemite. Wonderful trip & no detail left out from making this our favorite VRBO experience. Great job, owners!

Extending our Maui vacation, other portion was in a different part of the island.

This was a perfect way to end our trip. Directly on the ocean hearing the waves was so relaxing. We were able to see turtles and whales everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

If your looking for a get away don’t pass this place up it’s very nice everything well taken care of lots to see in bass lake also Yosemite national park not to far away

We had such great week. Location is awesome. Easy walk to a coffee shop and breakfast in the morning. The Condo itself was clean and had all the amenities. Owner is super sweet and very responsive. We will definitely be back next year.

Our stay could not have been better. The pure tranquility that we experienced in this beautiful home and on the beach that was right outside the door was absolutely amazing! There was nothing to improve. Marcie had everything so well stocked and available that we felt right at home. We are already looking forward to our next trip there!

Upstairs Pikake B4

This west side ocean front unit had everything we needed for a relaxing visit with our family who live nearby. The lawn access to the ocean was amazing and we woke up to a breathtaking view each day. The owners made sure we were comfortable, communicated all the details early, and we were even able to check in a few hours early. The unit was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful! Since we visit family often we have stayed in MANY west side properties and this was by far the best. Mahalo to Marcie and Andy what a gift.

Was short but sweet! The room was clean, peaceful and was so relaxing. Marcella was most accommodating and we will definitely be returning when we can get away again. I highly recommend a stay if you’re looking for a cozy stay at the lake!

Bass Lake Cabin

We had a great stay at this special log cabin over Thanksgiving. The home was perfect and the attention to detail was incredible. Marcie was an incredible host and it felt like having a concierge at a luxury resort. The bedrooms were all tastefully appointed and the beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless including the exterior rug and cushions on the deck furniture. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had two of everything we needed. The outdoor area off the deck felt like you were in a private forest with the creek below. I felt bad having to ask Marcie to adjust the heat but the fireplace kept us nice and cozy. Overall, highly recommend.

10 steps to the beach and that’s only the beginning. The condo was very clean and has all we needed for cooking. Lots of turtles and whales to watch. The wind cooled room was great for us with temps in high 70’s. The fresh air and waves splashing on the beach is outstanding ambience. Lots to see in the area and shopping is within walking distance. Enjoy!
