Rental Rules

1. This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking is not allowed in the condo nor on the lanai.
2. As a privately owned unit, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables by the guest.
3. Guests will keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests are responsible for repair and/or replacement of any damaged or missing items.
4. Pets are NOT allowed.
5. Guests will park in the designated parking area. Only one car allowed. Parking in an unauthorized space may result in towing of vehicle at renter expense.
6. There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for use during guests’ stay. Some basic cleaning supplies are provided for guest’s use.
7. Cancellations - A NINTY (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 90 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
All security information (detailed directions, code to keypad, parking info) will be emailed one week prior to arrival.
The parties agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement as evidenced by the accepting of the booking

    This was a perfect way to end our trip. Directly on the ocean hearing the waves was so relaxing. We were able to see turtles and whales everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

The wind cooled room was great for us with temps in high 70’s. The fresh air and waves splashing on the beach is outstanding ambience. Lots to see in the area and shopping is within walking distance.     The condo was well appointed, neat and clean. Beautiful views of the ocean and neighboring islands. The whales were very active and so fun to watch. Close proximity to a fresh fish market with fresh seafood every day. Right across the street from an indoor farmers market with fresh produce daily. Many other amenities such as deli, bakery, pizza and small restaurants easily in walking distance. Grocery store about a half mile. All while we enjoyed views only steps from the beach and ocean. Very nice experience! Will definitely return.

    The View was spectacular, we seen fish, turtles, whales, beautiful waves. Every morning we sat on the patio, just feet from the ocean, while we enjoyed breakfast and coffee. The neighbors were pleasant and friendly. I can’t wait to return to Maui and spend another week in Paradise

    You really can’t beat the location for the view, beach and ocean, a little slice of paradise. Property was well equipped with everything we needed. Couch in living area was not comfortable and master bedroom needs to have plusher bedding, the style of it was not very luxurious. Would have been nice to have more than one beach towel each for a weeks stay. Would definitely book again.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo, and it was extremely clean.
    Absolutely stunning property. Was even better than it looked, and it looked incredible. Best spot on the island. Marcie was great – our dream is to come back here. Swam with turtle’s multiple times in front of the property, saw whales. Went to the farmers market and spoke with the Hawaiian version of Ted Lasso who works there. Ate the best cinnamon rolls at Papis Ohana down the street, and the best fish of our life at the food truck Kaipos down the street. A dream vacation!!!

    This is a beautiful space. We spent every morning out on the patio listening to the ocean and watching the turtles swim in the waves. We also caught some spectacular sunsets. The condo is fully stocked and very comfortable. The location is great as we walked to food trucks, a grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants. I would recommend staying here. Thank you so much for having us.

    We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui. Everything was as described in the listing and the views off the lanai are the BEST! Waking up and then watching sunset with that view was our favorite part! Communication with the property manager was great and we loved all the supplies that were provided in the condo. We also loved having our own parking space so close to our condo. Place was fabulous and we would stay here again.

Bass Lake Cabin

We had an incredible, relaxing & luxurious stay at this cozy, Bass Lake Cabin. We spent one entire day hiking & exploring nearby trails and another in Yosemite. Wonderful trip & no detail left out from making this our favorite VRBO experience. Great job, owners!

This condo is the perfect stay in Maui for its beach, sunsets, and location! Marcella was an AMAZING host -- she checked in with us via text to see how things were and we always knew we could reach her. Yet she left us to ourselves to enjoy her beautiful property. Very kind, caring, and sweet.

If your looking for a get away don’t pass this place up it’s very nice everything well taken care of lots to see in bass lake also Yosemite national park not to far away

This west side ocean front unit had everything we needed for a relaxing visit with our family who live nearby. The lawn access to the ocean was amazing and we woke up to a breathtaking view each day. The owners made sure we were comfortable, communicated all the details early, and we were even able to check in a few hours early. The unit was incredibly clean and smelled wonderful! Since we visit family often we have stayed in MANY west side properties and this was by far the best. Mahalo to Marcie and Andy what a gift.

Marcie was a wonderful host, incredibly communicative and accommodating with our stay. The unit itself is immaculate and the proximity to the water was wonderful. This was the 2nd place we stayed during our trip, and had we known how much we'd enjoy the property we would've spent our entire trip there! Can't wait to return!

Was short but sweet! The room was clean, peaceful and was so relaxing. Marcella was most accommodating and we will definitely be returning when we can get away again. I highly recommend a stay if you’re looking for a cozy stay at the lake!

Bass Lake Cabin

We had a great stay at this special log cabin over Thanksgiving. The home was perfect and the attention to detail was incredible. Marcie was an incredible host and it felt like having a concierge at a luxury resort. The bedrooms were all tastefully appointed and the beds were comfortable. Everything was spotless including the exterior rug and cushions on the deck furniture. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen had two of everything we needed. The outdoor area off the deck felt like you were in a private forest with the creek below. I felt bad having to ask Marcie to adjust the heat but the fireplace kept us nice and cozy. Overall, highly recommend.

The place was spectacular!!! Delivered just as advertised, clean, comfortable well furnished, wonderful sunset views and listening to the surf crash you to sleep and to wake up to that was awesome. 5 plus stars

The condo was clean, cool, and bright upon arrival. The furnishings were attractive and comfortable to the extent that we are looking for the chair and ottoman for our house. At first, we thought storage space was limited, but we discovered drawers under the bed which alleviated our concern. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Marcie was very prompt and helpful in returning our queries. All necessary utensils, plateware and glassware were in place. We especially enjoyed being able to walk out on a grass strip and then right onto the beach. All in all, it was a delightful stay and we are coming back next year and many years to come (we hope!)
